Our Founder and Managing Member

Dedicated to promoting safety, David Guerin has been working as a licensed elevator inspector since 2002 and has conducted many accident investigations.

He started as an elevator mechanic in 1987 and then worked as a superintendent for government and private sectors for 12 years. A subject matter expert, David has a background in latent defect remediation, project management, and elevator audits for mass transit operations. He has also received training on different equipment and writes the following:
